Dashboard Lights
I have a problem where my dashboard lights are not turning on when car is started. it takes bout forty min to flash on when its cold outside but seems to work find in the heat. Someone told me it could be the capicators thats needs to be replaced. any suggestions

Thats it. Common problem on these cars as they age. I didnt have the problem on my 275K 1990 LS400 I owned from 2003-05, nor my 1991 LS400 with 226K from 2007-2010, but its possible they were repaired before, but I dont think so. Some fail sooner than others.
