1996 LS400 Replace dash lights?
Hello,
So some of my dash lights are out and I was wondering how hard is it to replace them? The lights that are out are Drive, the Premium Fuel only, and I believe the top of the speedometer. Also I would prefer to get the OEM bulbs so if you can also provide the part number that would be awesome
Thanks

1996 LS400 Dash Light Replacement?
So I am trying to see what lights are out on my dash. So far all I can see is the Drive light when you put it in drive. Above the fuel indicator it shows Premium Unleaded Fuel Only. Is there suppose to be a light behind there also or no?
Thanks

when you turn on your car, the instrument cluster goes through it's checks and turns on all the important lights for a second (like check engine, oil level, brake, etc). unfortunately not all lights are triggered. from this pic, it looks like the "premium unleaded fuel only" is lit.

generally speaking, don't think there is a light in certain spots just bc you see an outline. these cars were available around the world and certain cars depending on country had spots in the cluster for other features we don't have.

The small lights (for the symbols/etc) are normal bulbs that you can buy froma delear. The main dash cluster lighting however is NOT bulb or LED based and cannot be aesily repaired by the end-user.
I would advise you to post a picture of the lights you're talking about so we can be sure to give correct advice.
