Does anybody have a list of the error codes for the CD changer? Mine works sporadically.

I have six brand new discs in it - they all play. But sometimes when I turn the car on, it will start at Disc 1, then won't let me skip to any other discs. Or sometimes it starts at disc 4, lets me skip to disc 5, but no others. And then it gives me this error code:

ERR 16

Short of replacing the CD changer, does anyone have any idea what this means and how to handle it?
