[UPDATE] 1994 LS Fog Light Mod (Solved)
After reading the UCF10 fog light mod thread and some trial and error I have found a cure for making the foglights work independently.
I used some of the directions from the other thread. Although, I had to make modifications to the fog light relay wiring.
This is the relay you want to pull from the other side of the fuse box in the driver's footwell. (Put your head by the pedals and look up) The relay circled in red can't be seen unless you remove the tan panel held on with 5 Phillips screws and unbolt the whole fuse box assembly (along with removing some wires) and pulling it downward.
This is how the relay operates.
The relay will need to be removed from the fuse holder and wire extensions will need to be made with spade and terminal connectors. Here is the relay circled in red above.
This is how my wires are ran to the relay.
The relay receives its main power at terminal #2 which originally comes from the low beam headlight once the lowbeam is turned on. It receives its SWITCHED power at terminal #3 which comes from the stalk when you turn the switch to low beam. Terminal #1 is your ground instead of power like in the diagram above. Terminal #4
is the connection to the fog lights. Terminal numbers 1 and 4 will be wired directly to the factory location on the back of the fuse box where the relay was pulled from. I ran and spliced a wire into my ignition wire (the gray thin wire behind the stereo) which allows my stereo to turn on with the key in the acc or on position. Once spliced, I ran the other end into a butt connector. With two wires coming out of the other end.
The two wires will run to Terminal numbers 2 and 3. This way both the main power and switched power of the relay will receive power as soon as I turn the key on. The fog light relay should click when you hit the switch at the stalk without the low beams, high beams, or parking lights being on with the key in the acc or on position.

Well the other thread did not state clearly that terminal 3 also need a 12v switched supply like terminal 2 of the relay. Just wanted clear all confusion with this ongoing thread.
