i hadn't. that makes me wonder as well, i don't think my situations have any correlations..but i hadn't noticed the noise on any day that was above freezing (32degrees). otherwise i had parked it soon there after that thread died to prevent rust from the salty *** roads in minnesota..lol

Also I'm wondering if i shorted any wires in the fenders or pinched them though none are exposed.
time to get some wiring diagrams..

does the starter still engage? if not, check your battery terminals.

So, alittle update! I got everything straightened out! It was the fuel pump, i know the rumor has it, toyota fuel pumps are bullet proof. I ordered one through oriellys, i walked in and told them the part i ordered, the guy behind the cojnter informed me that it was a toyota fuel pump [i told him i needed it for a lexus] i said yeah, so? Lol i informed him the lexus is practically toyota, its just the luxury division. He looked at me funny and said, i guess ya learn something new everyday..imo, he shouldnt be working there if he didnt even know that. But thats another story. So if anyone runs into a problem similar to mine, check your fuel pump! Thanks for the help!
