break pad wear indicator. change youre pads. uinless you have a ECU thats going senile in its old age. also, since youre ucf20 is equipped with this feature be extra careful not to brake the warning sensors that are attached to the brake pad assembly, otherwise youll be stuck with that stupid light forever!! good luck.

Nope you have to buy the sensors separately.

I guess you could just take the wheel off and take the sensor out of the caliper and eyeball it. It's a nice feature but really unnecessary.

the warning light may also mean the cars ECU has gone heywire and has activated the little known hidden feature called lexus self destruct mode.(L-SDM) only activated by the dealership, it was a very rare option. anyway you have about a day before the car explodes into a giant fireball so be careful!!!! check under the carpet for little black boxes with wires to them, its C-4 explosive. although the car is old so the C4 might not be any good anymore you should take it to the dealer to have it checked out or have it deactivated lol

Can someone send me a link for disc pads for this vehicle ?
Alternatively, are the Camry disc-pads the same as our LS400's ?

if LS400 pads fit a JDM, and I am betting they do, just go to Sewell and look it up!

and no, Camry pads are nowhere near the size and beefiness of LS400 pads, remember you are trying to stop a car that is over 1000 lbs heavier!

Got these on my car right now. They are not the OEM pads but they are doing fine by me and the price is great.

Thanks for all the inputs on this thread guys! I'm currently in the process of replacing rotors/ pads/ parking brake assembly, and this is information I can most certainly utilize!

Anyways, I was wondering if this set would be a good buy;

Those would work but I would stick with a ceramic pad and those are semi-metallic.
