Default Wheel size

My question is...would changing my tire and wheel sizes on my 98 LS400 from stock to 18" with a bigger tire cause problems with my VSC system,ABS system.
Thanks.

I went from the stock alloy wheels and a 225-60-16 to a set of infinity 18"wheels with 245-45-18 on all four corners. I figured it to only be two sizes taller on section width.

As what PD mentioned. With that tire size, the diameter you posted, that is .1" difference, negligible.
