Default speedo and tac problem!

So yesterday I was driving on the interstate and ran over thoes rumble groovs that say "slow the F down" and my speedomitor shot up then dropped and is now atleast 20 mph slower than what I am traveling. Then today I was driving and my tac F'ed up also. What the F yo! Any suggestions as where to start looking to solve my ancer, and don't just say "search button". That won't do me any good as I don't even have the faintest idea wtf the problem could even be.

Must been a hard bumpy ride.

Look at this for clues.

You musta hit those bumps hard!! Both Speedo and tach have a sort of stopper inside the mechanism, but the stopper can actually pass it if you carefully lift the needle and move it. I accidentally did this when I had my dash out and was changing the tach - picked up the speedo needle moved it a bit not noticing the stopper inside and set it down again but past the stopper; the effect was to set my speed back by 15-20 mph!! If you try this, don't force anything - no force is needed at all!!

Ill try this some time. Wondering if my switching from my stock wheels and tires to my 235/45/18 tire on a 18x9.5 wheel had anything to do with this happening. Started throwing a trac control code 19 around the same aprox time.

If you damaged an ABS sensor it would. Also if tire I sizes are mismatched across an axle

Nope I got 235/40/18 in the front and 235/45/18 in the rear. No mismatched sizes per axle.
