Default tie rods question

so I have a ucf10. So what's bad? The tie rods. Inner on left side and outer on right side. So what's the question you ask? Well I actualy have 2 questions.

(1) Who makes the best inner tie rods?
(2) Who makes the best outer tie rods?

I know moog made the best ones for my 02 eclipse GT. But I'm not woried about that car. What's great for one type of car isn't always best for a different type of car.

And yes I'm just gona replace both inner and outer on both sides.

Avoid any Made in China; poor quality rubber used in the boots lasts about 3 years. I'd want Made in Japan or USA.

pardon my noob-ish question, but how do you know your tie rods are bad, other than looking at the ball joint? do you check for play?

Yep.. had play in both wheels since I bought the car a few months ago but I can drive it fine so I've been putting it off. I already took it to a shop to gerintee that is the ishue and the only ishue. Tie rods is the only problem like I figured. I'm. Replacing the tie rods myself so that's why I'm asking who makes the best ones. Working on a car is of no ishue to me. Infact, cranking a wrench on a car is relaxing to me. I plan on doing several fix's/upgrades at once cuz I don't have lots of time to put my flagship under the knife every other week.
