hello i have a 1995 Ls 400, recently theres been a weird whining sound coming from the engine bay and since i have uas air suspension with 2 compressors and running 2 amps for my sound system,the car seems sometimes like it wants to shut down when their all running at the same time and the radio starts to turn on and off

could be alternator or PS pump... check fluid in the PS and check the alternator voltage at idle.
