Try Sewell. If they do have them, register with your CL info and you'll get a discount.

Those key fobs are far and few and for NOS rare. The dealer is big $. I used to buy the fob shells from other Toyota cars on that auction site but they changed the internal design. The internals used to just fit right in but newer designs did not fit the PCB without modification to the shell and PCB. As for programming, the sticky at the top of the forum has the sequence.

Just as a FYI, the owners manuals come up on that auction site from $12-$40. At the time, buying them from the dealer was $125+.

The shells may look the same, at least the ones I bought were different internally that the PCB would not drop-in without modifying both. I tried shells for Camry, Avalon 4Runner and a few others in a variety of years.

The last Toyota shell that worked for me is labeled:
FCC ID: HYQ1512Y

If you find some, let me know which ones. I gave up after going through 8 or so. I could buy new ones for the one listed but not at auction prices.
