all you do is extend the existing wire where it meets the retracting antenna assembly. extend it using another antenna wire (usually used for aftermarket antennas), and bring the other end to the connector hidden under the trunk carpeting. this is what the connector at the end of the imprinted antenna looks like.


i still get full reception, even stations that are usually at the end of their range.

Where in the trunk is the photo shot of? Is that near the rear seat, or on the left side near the power antenna? Do you need to remove a "panel", or is it just under the trunk floor mat? Thanks, Steve.

That picture is on the floor of the trunk . with the carpet and trim removed.

But does this seriously work?
