Default Stuck antenna

When I shut off the radio in my GS, the antenna won't go down. I can hear the motor struggling to bring it down, but it's stuck. I give it a little tap at the top and it goes down.
Any idea what the fix for this problem is? Lube? Cleaning? Replace the antenna? Replace the antenna motor?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So it's not the motor, but just the antenna I need to replace?
Do I need to get this from Lexus?

go somewhere like here http://www.antennamastsrus.com/Lexus...01993-1997.htm
shouldn't take you more then 1 hour to do it. super easy to do. Just make sure you have a tool to take the mast nut off and white lithium grease to lubricate the antenna when you put it back together because my suggestion is to take out the motor and make sure part of the antenna gear did not break off.
