today after I got home from work I turned off the car ...
and after the antenna was completely down the motor for the antenna still was trying to force it down...
so I unplugged the motor does anyone know why this happened??

 

Sounds like the plastic gear strip is out of place. Mine would grind and now I dont even use it. Ebay sells replacement masts for cheap...
