Default Engine will not start

1999 LS400.
I shorted out the alternator 120 amp fuse while changing the spark plugs. Replaced the link. Auto started once, now, the engine spins but will not start. I inspected the engine compartment relay box, looks like lots of current went through the relays. A light brown burn on the relays and base of compartment box. I checked the fuel pump relay for continuity and operation, it is OK.
Question: Were is the location, in the factory Lexus repair manuel, for the engine main relay? I would like to ran a test on the relay.
Ten days ago I had a new key cut using my old transponder. The new key has started this auto for 10m days.
Any other items I might check? Looking for input and ideas. Any help appreciated.
