New Owner
HEY GUYS I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST LS400. ITS 1990 WITH 128XXX MILES ON IT AND I PAID $2500.
FOR IT
THE GOOD: I ALWAYS WANTED THIS CAR FOR THE PAST 6 OR 7 YEARS(IM 20 NOW) AND ITS MY FIRST CAR EVER.
THE BAD: THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON
TEMPERATURE LCD IS BLACKED OUT
INSIDE IS NOT BAD (TO ME)
NEEDS PAINT JOB
NEED DRIVER SIDE MIRROR
AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A TRUCK WAS YOU DRIVE.
NOW ITS AT THE SHOP GETTING THE TRUCK SOUND LOOKED AT (MAYBE THE MANIFOLD? IDK)
IT NEEDS WORK WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK

Not bad for 2500. When the weather gets better do a full detail and you will be amazed how nice it will look.
For the Check engine lite read the code to see what it is
Temperature LCD you can have someone on ebay fix it cheap. There is a thread on that somewhere on this site
Leather search for ASia he has a link to make it look real good
If the engine and tranny are solid you got a good deal.

welcome to CL, 2500 is a lil on the high side for all those problems and flaws, but as long as ur happy with it thats all that matters. any plans on modding once all these problems r fixed?

Just paint, tint and redo the inside...maybe some 20inch rims? Keeping the radio stock just add new speakers and sub (if possible) NEW RED AND WHITE TAIL LIGHTS

Just paint isnt cheap thats a pretty big expense.A good detail, paint the bumper, new muffler and it would look good. I'm not fond of that color but if you like it then who cares.
