Default 1999 LS400 front suspension question

Hello all,
I am planning on changing lower ball joints on my 1999 with 108K miles. The ball joints are original as everything else, except the strut rods. Anything else to consider changing while I am working on lower ball joints? Suspension links? I saw a pair on Ebay for $40 shipped, as opposed to $120+ OEM - worth it or would you still do OEM links?

links normally wont go bad. as the strut rods are changed, and ur doing the LBJ, there's not really anything else to do the suspension at the same itme since you dont need to take much off.

good time to do front pads if you're due since you have to take the caliper off to get to the LBJ bolts.

Much respect, Pure, as always Break pads were done a little over a year ago, should be still good.

good stuff, just make sure that when you remove the caliper, you use some wire or string to hang it from the upper control arm, letting it hang off the brake line is a bad idea.
