That was very kind of you to find these, however I do have a question, it seems my car has coils over the spark plugs and no distributers, plus I don't have all these tools, no torque wrench.I think I'll pay the $200.00 for the indie. to do it. The PVC part seems easy, but I think the engine mounts will make the most diffrence, and thanks Drifter for mentioning the trans. mount, I changed it when the rear main seal blew, that was a good day

Only about 10 more parts and my car will be completely brand new!
My car seems more Jaguar than Toyota

lexus switch the ignition over to CoP for 98, it isnt much different, no distributor rotors or caps to worry about. a torque wrench is needed, but for $30-50, its an easy pickup, and you still save $200 from an indie.

I've had the same issue with my previous 98 LS, and no one could fix it. The dealer loves to clean up the throttle body for $500+, but the problem is with the ECU, not anything mechanical.

This effect is more noticeable when the A/C and lights are turned off.

Best remedy to this is to turn on the headlights and fogs, or A/C if you need it.... otherwise stop wasting your money... its really a lost cause.
