Default Help, 94 LS won't start!

I might have the power steering issue where it has leaked on to the alternator... let me know what you think.

I noticed about a month ago my ps fluid was low. Filled it up, and I have noticed that it has a very slow leak.
A few days ago I went to start my car, it made no noise to start, I kept the key turned in the ignition and if finally started.
Then went to start the car today... nope! I haven't tried jumping it.

What are the symptoms of a bad alternator? And can I just fix the PS issue and clean the alternator of the ps fluid?

Is it cranking? if the battery has juice (lights are on) and no cracking, then its the starter as it goes out intermittently until one day it finally gives up on you.

When the alternator goes out, you will see your battery light come go off on your dash while your driving, and it will basically run off your battery till its drained at which the car will basically die out slowly.

Default maybe the starter

From what you describe, it sounds like the starter then. I had issues for a week where the car would start, but only after I held the key turned for a while. How do I replace a starter?
