Default headlight compatibility for ucf10/11!!!

I have a question for a headlight replacement... I own a 91 ls400 with the 2 piece headlights and I actually was looking at picking up the jdm 1 piece headlights.... until I came across this set on ebay for projectors for a 93-94 and I wanted to throw those on my car! Unfortunately I don't know if the 90-92 headlights can interchange with the 93-94... has anyone swapped out these years or any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

yes they will fit.

you will need to rewire the harness since ur 91 has H3(c?) bulbs and the 93-94 AND ALL jdm 1pc ucf1x headlights use H4 bulbs.

please search

I'm curious about how these projector headlights look like. I can't find them anywhere

meh, you still have to rewire for the H4/9003 bulb.

If you have the JDM headlights already and they are working, then the car has already been wired.

Try to clear up the issue a little,,

This was the bulb for MOST of the first gen 89-92(maybe 93) 9004 bulb ,,

This is the bulb for the gen 1.5 (94 and up,,possibly 93 as well) LS as well as the bulb that the JDM headlights use H4/9003 bulb ,,,,

Note the differences in the housing and the plugs. If you are going to use the JDM headlights and your car does not already use a H4 bulb, then you will have to convert the wire harness.

JLS,, sorry for the thread jack,, throw up a pic of the projectors you are thinking of buying. Now you have us intrigued as to what they look like.
