There are 2 drain ***** in the back of the block by the pre-cats. A 12mm socket opens them.

Go figure, a 12mm You can just about rebuild a Toyota/Lexus with a 12 mm socket and 12 mm wrench.

ok I finally got the leak repaired it turns out that the water pump and timing belt had recently been replaced....I didnt have service records and the leak was coming from the thermostat housing. rubber seal was bunched up causing leak so I also had the fan clutch replaced and the serpentine belt and tensioner
