Im not a fan of the 90-94 block head lights they dont look any good.
But here is one with a 98+ conversion looks pretty clean .

There was a guy in Brooklyn N.Y that had a first gen w/the second gen front done to it. Just like that picture.

I also noticed his inner tail lights are from a 2nd or 3rd gen Ls400?

no, he just has RCR tails.

Are you sure? His inner tail lights look more red and less dull than the out sides.

Those are the Red/clear/red as PD stated above. The pic angle is throwing the light into some funny shades. All LS's had the red/orange/white combo up until 04 when the LS 430 came out with the red(led)/white combo.
