Default I want

Anyone know if this will be available for aftermarket consumers. A suspension like that would be great.

I saw this a little while back. Cool stuff, especially since the stock suspension sucks the big one in our first gens.

my friend has a mint 92 ls400. Her grandma gave it to her with new stuts, bushings, etc and new michelin pilot sport tires. That thing handles very nicely. Has a rougher ride but handles great.

If you have good tires and good struts and suspension, ls400's handle great.

old yes - but wow it reduced the body roll big time - too bad the ride height is almost like a 4x4 though.

The ride height could be changed, but yes, the way they were driving it, the car had to be 4x4-ing.

Well... there's two ways to look at it. I have brand new tires, struts and springs, and the car does handle well for a 4000-lb boat that was not designed with any sort of high-performance handling in mind. On the other hand, I'm also used to being around more performance-oriented cars, so no matter how my Lexus handles, it'll always be crappy around turns, but still a hella smooth ride.

Yeah,Bose suspension is very old video. I even went so far as to write to them to see if they were gonna market the suspension any time soon, or if I could ship them my car ir order to help them do research in real world situations . They sent response back that they were STILL in R&D phases, was not selling to the general automotive public, and were marketing it to several key automakers(they would not state who). This was a little over 2 years ago when I wrote to them. So anyone, who is thinking of trying to get this aftermarket,, forget it.

Hello Anthony,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Bose Automotive Music System.
In answer to your question, the Bose suspension system is still in
the research phase. As such, the system is not yet available in any
production vehicle. It will be several years before the first automotive
manufacturers incorporate the Bose suspension system into their
vehicles. It is not our intention to make the suspension system as an
aftermarket option. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for contacting Bose Corporation.

Ok ,so it is air suspension, is it being compared to an LSS with air suspension or coil overs?
The worst part is it would corner just as nice with larger sway bars.
All it look like is that it has an air suspension controller that has a very fast ecu and watches for pressure changes and reacts by comparing it to a gyro for gravity changes to effect it. Nice idea but i can lift my car 4 inches higher also and float like a cotton ball.
Let me see it do all of those comparisons back to back and i would be impressed not have it specifically tuned for each course.
