Key does not open trunk lock

Key does not open trunk lock
When I press the trunk lock button on my key nothing happens.
I can't hear a click or anything. This seems to be the issue on all three of my keys.
Any suggestions as to where I should start to look? In the dash, on the trunk..elsewhere?
Is is likely to be a radio transmission issue or a relay near the back or...
Don't have my shop manual here yet (it's in the mail supposedly).

Ok, ok, ok, ok as the guy said in the lethal weapon movies...
Operator Error ;(
I just didn't depress the trunk unlock key long enough! (ahum...duh)
At least I figured out the solution before anyone else got the chance to give me a hard time about it
