Loule, YOU ARE A PIMP!!!

Links and all!!! I didn't think you would just knock it out in 2 hours. I'm truly impressed and on behalf of all the LS owners I want to extend my gratitude. This should definitely be in the FAQ.

Again, thank you. Now I'm gonna have to find something to really challenge you!!!

Damn...that's QUITE a list Lou! Great resource!

Definitely should be a FAQ that can be added on to as new stuff pops up!

OK, some of these stuff you gotta look around because certain people sell them cheaper over the internet.

-SRT stuff of course is only sold by http://www.swiftracing.com/ , so no hookups there unless you sweet talk Mo into something.

-Rod Millen stuff you can either get from Steve Ganz at gonzo4u@earthlink.net or 1-800-908-6968 ext 2381. Steve also can get anything OEM for your car cheap.
or David at http://www.gtautosports.com/ but he hasn't been replying lately (where you at David?)

- http://www.groupbuycenter.com/ has good deals sometimes on these stuff. You just gotta keep looking.

There are many other sites out there and I'm sure some here have them but it really all depends on what you want.
Hope this helps a little.

Question Borla

I did not see ANY exhaust systems for a LS400 on the Borla website, did I miss something? And, what have people been putting on their LS400's (specifically 95-97)?

why would you put a borla on a japanese car? IMO, thats kinda tacky..... i would be like an SS with trust exhaust or somethig anyways, thats just me... btw, i didn't intend for that to be a flame...

have any of you ls4 fellas timed your cars at the strip? or have an idea as to what the 1/4 mile time is, with and without mods? it would be interesting to find out since the ls4's dimentions are pretty similar to the SS

Question Exhaust

So then, what exhaust SYSTEM do you recommend for a 96 LS400?

GhoSStryda, the LS is not a muscle car,but a luxury crusier, but here are some times for the LS's models and what they should run. These are just estimates,I do not think alot of people take their LS's to the track,it would look weird.LS's are pretty okay from 0-60,but once at high speeds they can really pull.

90-94 0-60 7.7-7.9
1/4 15.7.15.9

95-97 0-60 7.2-7.5
1/4 15.2-15.5

98-00 0-60 6.0-6.3
1/4 14.5-14.8

As for the LS 430 dunno any times for those cars.

LSTASY~ im sorry if you took offense to that, i was merely stating that its kinda off to be using a brand known for American cars on a luxo japanese ride... again, those are just my opinions... i wouldn't know what kinda of system to recommend since i don't know a LS but i would lean towards Greddy Tanabe or other japanese brands to keep with the theme, Japanese~
