Dashboard flickers, 93 LS

I have a 93 LS400 and the dashboard is totally dead, until the car warms up - about 10 to 20 minutes. Then the needles flicker, everything comes to life.

Anybody out there know what's happening OR how to fix it? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the very first topic on this forum. Although it is not a problem on my 1990- it is a common problem on the 93-94 LS400s. Also some reports of this on the 90-92 models. However, the "flickering" problem for some reason seems to be more common on the 1993-1994 models, than it is on the 1990-1992 models. Sometimes these cars have a problem with the bulbs going out, rather than the "flickering" problem. Good luck.
