Default Window Switch Lubing

The master window/door lock switches on my 99 felt a bit sticky/crunchy, so I decided to get in there and lube them. Took about 30 minutes figuring it all out, took some pictures along the way because I couldn't immediately find anything with the search function. This process should work for all 98-00s and may work for the 95-97s, but I can't speak for the 90-94s. This process should also work for the passenger rear window switches and the door lock switches.
Not sure if Lucas Red N Tacky is officially recommended by Toyota/Lexus for this application, but it's what I had, and it looks like the PCB under the switches is sealed in a clearish resin, so I don't think it'll cause problems:

First step is to pull the switch assembly, preferably with a plastic interior pry tool. This image shows the master switch, but I've had to pull the others before; you're prying the very front of the switch assembly to pop them out. Once out, disconnect your connector:

Next, pull these 3 big silver screws for the face plate (may differ for the passenger/rear switches). Take note; the rear screw is also holding one of the spring clips that hold the assembly in the door panel:

Next, you're going to be popping the actual rocker switches out. They're held on by hooping around the two pins that are molded into the main switch assembly. With a small screwdriver, CAREFULLY pry outwards to get them over the pins. Be ready to catch them; the mechanism is spring-loaded and will pop out the rockers when they are free.
With the rockers out, make sure you have the little white tee piece still in the switch. If it's not there, it's either in the rocker, or it flew across the room (hopefully near the rocker). If you happened to break it on the way out, I was able to "fix" one of mine by putting a dab of grease on top of the spring it sits on to hold it in place.
With that said, you should be able to see the area in the rocker where the tee sits; lube that, and put a bit of lube in the tee itself for good measure.

Once done, put the rocker back onto the switch assembly while attempting to align the tee with where it's supposed to sit in the rocker, it should then snap over those molded pins. If you're having trouble, the white tee is probably not sitting properly; realign and try again. After that, re-attach your face plate, plug the switch assembly back in and test your switches before popping it back into the door panel. This made a huge difference in the way my switches felt.
