Ok my last tread I talk about how my car was getting fault codes and issues. My car has been in limp mode for a min. I bought a refurbished used ecu from eBay , and had a locksmith reflash it. when he put it in, he still wasn’t able to turn the car over with the new ecu. There are no other issues I can think of because I literally went through each thing wrong and they all fall to bad ecu. Odometer off&on, rough engine while in park, bad shifting,poor acceleration, reverse mirror not working, poor mpg, also recently had misfires while driving
and etc things. What is next best option.
At least the VVTi solenoid (OCV) of bank 2 is not functioning. I'd simply test it applying DC 10V. In case of +B 12V, apply 2.2 ohm resistor in series. The reason why is that it still should work well even applying DC 10V.
