I NEED ECU according to my local mechanic after keep getting POO11 codes and advice

I wonder why your mechanic says that it's the ECU. I'd say that P0011 is nothing to do with an ECU.

There was a Toyota trainer that used to say some techs like to turn the flow chart in the manual upside down and replace the ecu first.

p0011 is camshaft position, so I would check the VVT solenoids first.
If that is the only code then your mechanic isn't, so I'd suggest finding somewhere competent.
