Hey guys, what causes one hid headlamp to be brighter than the other? From a head on view it seems fine, but when I bend down and look into the lamps the driver side lamp is way brighter than the passenger side lamp.
i could be wrong, but i believe they are a direct focus beam and biasing yourself a little each way will take you "out of the path" and make it appear as you say.
try this. from a distance, stare at your grill, gradually bend down, at some point, the hid will "suddenly" glare at you. if they glare at you at different time, that means your hid lights aren't aimed correctly
One projector seems brighter because of the flare. If you're standing directly in front of your vehicle and looking right at the middle of your car, the driver side should ALWAYS seem brighter and cause glare first as u crouch lower and lower.
