I think my high-beams and the HID's probably go about the same distance up the road, but the high beams put the light up higher so they may occasionally be useful, though I honestly didn't see any benefit to having them on when I played around with it earlier. I'll probably throw some Silverstars in the high-beams at some point, but I'm in no hurry since I doubt I'll really use them.
well the high bean will still be useful, i use it when have to light up the street sign to see what street i am at. the stock one does great job. so i don't see why i need to upgrade the bulb. plus i kinda don't like the fact that when you put in high beam superwhite, the housing becomes blue looking. remind me of..... civics

Dude.....what's a high beam??????
Nah...just jokin. In my case, I hardly use my high beams in general.....actually, I dont even remember using it at all....other than to quick flash someone to go ahead of me.
Now with the 6000K HID kit.....its soooo darn bright that I do NOT think anyone can see my high beams now....LOL. I wonder if my turning signal blinkers are even visible now. I just took some pics with my M4 (left) and M6 (right) to see which one matches better with the 6000K. At certain angles, the HID overwhelms the wedge bulbs.
Btw....the digi camera lens makes the glare more purple.....its actually bluish with a hint of purple.

My low beam is low
....the pic above doesn't show that my car is on an upslope before getting into my garage.....thus it looks like my low beams are too high.Right now....i'll keep the M6 in there....and keep the extra set of M4 in my glovebox. When the M6 blows....I'll switch over to M4. Already got M4 in my sidemarkers.
