Are you talking about the 192/168 bulbs in the map lights, or the long festoon bulbs?
Festoon bulbs should pop right out if you press the one tab.
For the peanut bulbs, I found that taking a thicker rubber band and wrapping it around the bulb helps to give it just enough grip to pull it out. That's what I had to do in my CT.
