hey

Im thinking about gettin hid lights for my car

jus wanted to know more about which hid kits are better.
i saw lots of kits on ebay but which oncez are good.
8000k or 6000k
and what company would you guyz think is better.

man there are soo many of these threads.

try to stick with something closest to 4300k. 6000k will be more blue than 4300k. the higher the number the more blue and the less light on the ground you will see. the closest you are to 4300k without going under will give you the most whitess and most optimal light output

4300k is stock color, 6000k is a bit bluer, kinda like the flicker color you see on bimmer and audi. anything higher than that is too blue and too dim, not practical at all. try not to touch those.

and philips is always the best

no and no. don't buy anything but phillip, or osram the farthest. also try not to buy anything higer than 6000k. 8000k will be soo blue it barely will ight up the road

Check out the group buy these kits from Carson Toyota seem very easy to install and a very good value. they are under $500 and worth every penny and you know you will get good stuff through Steve.
