I have a Lexus IS 350, and i have some almost new Gara X D2R bulbs which i barely used on my G35, Can I use these bulbs on my IS some how? or would this be a bad idea since the D2R is for a reflector and D4S is for projector? Am i better off just getting a D4S or D4C for the low beams?

Another question i had is would it be possible somehow use these Gara X D2R's in the for fog lights with a conversion kit? or do i need to get a different bulbs size for the fogs?

Ds2 bulbs wont work, atleast not for your low beam headlights, as long as you buying kits your better off just buying the correct buld for the fogs. in the end it wont be that much more expensive and will save you headaches.

D2S/R bulbs will not work with D4S/R ballasts.. only go with D4S/R/C HID bulbs:

You need D4S HID bulbs for your application. What year is your IS? 2006-2010 use 9006 for the fog lights and 2011+ uses H11 so those bulbs will not work in the fogs either.
