Where to get 5000k low beam bulbs (not kit) for 2IS for reasonable price?
I'm looking for 5000k low beam HID bulbs as replacements for my OEM 4300k bulbs for my 2007 IS350. I understand the bulb type is D4S. I can't however seem to find any 5000k D4S bulbs online that are what I'm looking for.
I was thinking I wanted 6000k, and so I was planning on going with the Garax 6000k bulbs, which many CL members have and like and the price is a totally reasonable ~$90. Then I installed some 6000k parking lights and realized they're probably too blue, especially in Maryland where I've found the cops to be pretty strict on vehicle equipment violations, and I don't need to be drawing undue attention to myself just because my headlights look a little blue. However it looks like Garax doesn't make 5000k, so I set out to look for other brands, but haven't been able to find any.
I don't want to buy unbranded ones of questionable quality off eBay, but I also don't want to spend $300 on Philips Ultinons.
Anyone have a recommendation on a brand of 5000k HID D4S bulbs?
By the way: vendors, please feel free to hawk your wares, I'm trying to find who even offers these products!
