Default Looking for a bulb replacement for my DRL for Gs400

Its about time to finally replacement my DRL's and HID bulbs.. Thinking of going with 5k or 6k bulbs for the headlights but unsure of what 9006 bulbs to get for the DRL's?

I'd like something a little brighter than stock for the DRL's.. Can anyone recommend a DRL bulb..

Should i go with a LED replacement?

Thanks

I got some v-leds 9005 6K LED bulbs for my DRL's, looks pretty good. They're not that bright but will give out a good tone of light.

For something that is brighter than the stock DRL, go with our LED DRL Kit.

I recommend these only if you don't use your high beams because the output from the LED's during high beam mode is not that great. They're great for DRLs though.

PM me for more info!

tmf2004 - while LED's may look good they will not be very functional as an actual high beam bulb because the light will not project very far. I would look into Osram Night Breaker Plus bulbs, you will need 9005 for your application.

To those that chimed in, how will these bulb look like when the car is in drive and the headlights off? As we know the DRL is the 9005 high beam bulb running on low power but for my lighting setup the color of the DRL clashes. I recently unplugged my high beam bulbs but this is something I'd like to undo since I use my high beams not so much for driving but for signaling to pedestrians and other drivers. I'm looking for bulbs that give off a brightish white color to match my city light bulbs and halo rings when I have only my parking lights on.

Well there is lot of places where you can have these items, first you can search for Google for getting idea about the price and quality then you can use some major store like Sears with also searching for coupons like http://www.ezcouponsearch.com/Sears-...s_cm_2183.aspx but you have to go for the quality. You will definitely find your item some where in Google but it is suggested that you prefer to go into the shop for buying rather making online order.

How do you get the little lower "city light" bulb out to replace it?
