Default Replacing DRL

I'm sure this is on the forum somewhere but I didn't see it in my search. I want to change my DRL to a whiter bulb on my '07 IS250. After looking up the bulb # in the manual, I was a little confused. It shows H11 and 9005? Are the 9005 bulbs the high beams only and the H11 the DRL or are the DRL the same bulb as the 9005?? I've heard of some owners replacing them with LED but I wasn't sure of the cost / life difference and if it's really worth all the effort?

I use the $39 xenon kits from ddm tuning on all my cars - it's a direct replacement for the 9005. It comes with bulbs, ballasts, everything. Use the 35w kit for fogs and DRLs. They sell an optional voltage controller that should make up for the power shortage in the drl's. I haven't tried it on the IS - I won't pick up my car until Saturday, but in sure by next week I'll have xenon DRLs
