Question headlights

Hi guys

can u tell me how to clean my headlights
i tryed to clean them many times but i think the inside of the headlights are still not clean and giving yellow color
so is it possible to clean the inside?

Question

I have the same problem, with one head light , turning yellowish color , does anyone know if this product will work

If its inside you have to bake it open and clean it. Any exterior kit like the Mothers one only touches the outside

how would find out without taking the light apart if it's inside or not ?
Lexus dealer is no help , just told me they never seen a headlight turn yellowish , new cost $695.00 and CS Lexus won't help either .

were to buy a new headlight besides Lexus Dealer?

New headlights? Check sewell. the cheapest "fix" is to bake them on open like eyezack stated. time consuming but beats paying $100's for new lights.

Yeah, you'd have to bake them on a day when you're off from work like on the weekend so you don't end up driving around with one headlight. If you don't want to tackle the DIY project, you can always look in our Classified forums for mint condition, used headlights. It will still beat paying $695 per headlight from the dealership.

By polishing it duh. If its on the outside, it will be removed. If it isn't, then its on the inside lol. You can't polish the inside of a headlamp by polishing the outside right?

there is something called restoring headlight, i saw it in youtube, do u think it will help?

Have you figured out if its on the inside yet? If it is, then the videos I saw were no help at all. Again, if the stuff is INSIDE the headlight, you cannot polish the outside and expect it to be removed
