Steve's usually pretty good about responding. I know he was out for two weeks on vacation until 1st week of Feb.

Agree with DaveGS4. He's a pretty stand up guy and very easy to deal with.
I emailed him and he responded promptly. He even called me personally when I had a problem with my kit and gave me a discount on a set of bulbs. This was all within the last 2 weeks. Saved nearly 50%. I ordered 2 kits from him within the past month and the bulbs arrived yesterday.
