Has anyone ever saw or heard of a retro with M45 projectors. I'm curious as to the light output and looks of these. Are they better than the output of the LS430. I can get the 2 projectors for about the same price. Any suggestions on which one. Thanks

 

don't know anyone using M45 projectors for their retrofit and that can tell you a lot

 

Nothing has better output than the LS430, but the M45 projectors look pretty cool.

 

2GS M45 retro's are the shizzle... highly exclusive just like the LS460.

which m45 were you talking about?

 

M45 projectors are basically LS430 projectors without the extra bowl towards the underside of the projector. The projectors do reflect some extra light towards the sides through a special hole but they are still not as wide as the LS430s. BTW they ARE side specific i.e Left projector is different than the right one.
