I was wondering if I can add Luminics Pure Blue to the high beam to make my drl run blue.

I swapped the highbeams in my RX350 with the Lumunics Pure Blue (attached pic). I'm happy with them and probably think they're about as white as I'm going to get in DRL mode. But no matter how blue the bulb is, the reduced wattage that the DRLs draw is going to add some yellow. Hope this helps you.

Yes, the highbeams are going to be blue (too blue in my opinion) to the point where they provide hardly any useful illumination. That said, I rarely if ever used my highbeams anyway. I installed these only to make the DRLs look less yellow.
