Default Matsu****a twin ballast VS Phillips ballast

which one is better and why? right now I have a Phillips with my retrofit, but I'm in the process of purchasing a new ballast, and if the new ones are better, then I'll swap them, If not then no sale. Valuable inputs are appreciated

They should be fine. OEM ballasts are all pretty well made. I love how the brand was censored.

Depending on which gen it is, some have developed rust spot. If the setup you have right now is good, then keep it. You wont gain any output by using a different ballast.
