adjust the angle on lowbeam

I have a 07 gs350 and i was wondering if anyone know how to adjust the lowbeam angle my light aims too high and i want to lower it. thanks!

is it the same with most cars? theres a **** on top of the headlight or behind the headlight and just park ur car in front of a wall like 6-7 ft away and just turn the **** to the height u like.
