Awesome price on those TL's!!
The retro is the same for the TL projectors as the TSX. Reason why no one has attempted is because TL is Bi-Xenon and has a lil extra mess to deal with than a straight TSX projector, due to the hi/lo shield soleniod. The SC headlights don't have much room top to bottom, but you can make it fit with some trimming.
TL lenses are great, and have awesome output along with some great color modding capabilities. I say good find for the TL's at that price, almost makes me want to tell you to swap a ZKW lens in those puppies!
Post pics of your pair of TL's!

Those shots are not my own, but they are all using OEM Phillips D2S 4300k bulbs...
The only two bulbs that will give that amount of output is the OEM Phillips D2S 4300k & D4S 4800k.
If you want the color you need to mod your projectors, not your bulbs, that is square one!

Disassembled TL Projector (Bi-Zenon apparatus on the bottom)
Color Modd'd TSX (Left) Stock TSX (Right) *No solenoid*
As you can see there is no solenoid so there is more space to work with.
So you can see how spacing comes into play here. Just play around with it until you are happy.
