Default Smoked Out Headlights???

i have a cinnabar pearl 98 gs my headlights are not as clean as id like them so i figured id buy this kit to smoke them out and get a retrofit put in but i dont know if the smoked out headlights wil match with the reddish color of the car,...does anyone have smoked out headlights , im not even sure how dark they come out or anything would love to see pics of smoked headlights on a red gs or atleast get some feedback on what to do because droppin 500 for OEM headlights is dumb there has to be better options

Just polish up your headlights. Any film over the lens will diminish the light output.

Photohop the smoked color over your headlights and fogs.

Of course it would look horrible on a red Lexus.
Even if you did put HIDs on,with that smoked headlights thing,
you would probably have like 1/10 of what the HIDs should be giving you.
Also it might be illgal in ur state. Heck, its probably illegal all over the U.S.

im just going to confirm that it is illegal to have anything blocking the transmission of light from the headlights in RI.

and it would look pretty stupid on a red car IMHO. a light smoke MAY work better but a dark (17%) tint will look bad on such a bright car.

If I were you I'd open up the headlights and paint the inside of the housing.

+1 on the NO TINT on the "headlights" of expecially a red GS>

understand taht both those cars have the tinted headlights there is no comparison it just looks lighter in one pic, theyre the same car from the link posted earlier from cardomain , so u pretty much threw ur argument out the window saying one looks better because theyre bothe the same exact car
