I see cars/is300's with extremely blue daytime running/inner lights like the ones below:








How do i get lights like these for my IS?

 

change the bulbs...
get at least a 6000k bulb for the drl/high beam
get a blue LED for the little city light

 

in the first pic that's the parking light, that's not DRL. it's the small bulb at the top of the housing. that's very small and low wattage bulb. you can change it to superwhite

the high beam they are just superwhite bulbs, a lot of time they have blue glass tube. but even if you put them in, during the day time, they still run yellowish
