by Xenon, you're meaning HID headlights?
if you want green or blue output, those will be "cheap s%^T" as well. Get some 4100K HID phillips or at MOST, 6k and you'll be set.
OOOO Noooo I already installed them!!!! I got them yesterday for 34.00.....I love them, they are much brighter....Now I read that they may fry my wires are you serious??? Damit..Now im going to be checking them every day.....How much does a real kit cost???
Well so far so good no problems yet!!!! I love these new headlights....The diffrence is night and day literaly with these...It makes me wonder how the hell did I see at night b4 I relaced these stocks..
P.S. I usually use toothpaste to lean the outside lenses...Does anyone have a better way out there?????
Pick up a bottle of Meguiar's PlastX at your local Advance Auto Parts, Autozone or Pep Boys for about $6. It'll bring your headlights in like-new condition with not too much effort
Tymboo, Word of advice..double check the bulbs you bought to see what the wattage is. Anything over 55w is no good. Take them out..return them and either get a real hid kit which can run from 200-400 depending on brand and set up or get a set of blue bulbs that run at 55w. If they fry your wires its ganna cost you a lot to replace and it will happen eventually so might as well take care of the problem before it happens.
