I just finished changing the fog light bulbs on my '98 LS400. I wanted to put yellow ones in, hoping to achive the HID yellow look. I bought some Nokya Yellow while I wait for my Polarg ones to come in at work. They look okay, nothing special. To change them though I had to unbolt abuot 10 10mm bolts that hold the lower splash sheild in place. Reach in and unclip the bulbs, twist and take bulb out. Reverse the process to put new ones in.
