i was wondering if anyone has parts information on the yellow fog lights. i have them on my GS430, and like them a lot - i think they actually work in fog, unlike other fog lights.

reason i ask - i just got an '04 RX330. the new fog lamps on those are not white-white or yellow, i think they are just standard halogens. i want to replace them, but i'm not sure if this is just a bulb-replacement thing or what. i'm really lazy when it comes to do-it-yourself stuff, so can someone let me know if this is easy, or even possible, to do?? i don't think i could figure out anything more complex that changing a bulb.

also, parts costs would be nice too, if anyone knows where to get them . . . thanks!

 

the yellow fogs on the gs is done by a yellow lens, it's hard to get the same kind of yellow color on the rx unless you get the same kind of setup. you can use bulbs like the piaa ion (yellow bulbs), but it's still brighter and whiter if you look from teh front
