Vertical (inner screw on the lowbeam side) clockwise goes up and counter clockwise goes down
The issue could possibly be the weatherstripping I used from Home Depot to close the gaps. I had to try a new brand because they were out of stock of the regulat size I normally use but after I assembled it, it moved enough . I'll swap that out for you and repaint that while I fix the light for you too. Its probably not allowing you clearance to move the projectors /shroud pieces attached to the custom plate. Thus resulting in this lack of movement when screwing the small 5/16" screws
Send it to me and I'll correct it right away. Or I can show you how to do it. Either way I want to help you as soon as posible

I will as soon as I tweak them so they are perfect. I ran out of time last night, so hopefully I will be able to tweak them tonight and then get some pics up. I will probably wait a week or so and unveil all my recent mods at once

Yes they are working and they look great. The color in the cutoff is amazing. I still need to raise them up a little but not a problem. Like I said I have a few more mods that will be completed in the next week or so and then I will reveal all
